    I had my Elite tuning adjusted to shut off the EGR valve. Any SCT tuner should know how to remove the EGR function. I found that removing the scoop in my '06 up-pipe allowed the turbo to spool easier. Otherwise it was done to prevent rupturing the EGR cooler.

    Well I have the bed-plate leak myself but it has never gotten noticed on a driveway or made any sort of spot. Auto stores will sell some UV dye that you can add to the oil then use a black light to locate the source of the leak. Better to know for sure than guessing. Could be the HPOP cover...

    Could be the rear main or bedplate , but is it collecting on the ground causing a puddle or spot?

    I suggest you get the dealership to run a diagnostic to tell you what the EOT and ECT is reading in your truck. I have 123K on my '06 and tech says the temp ranges are just fine so I don't need to swap the oil cooler out. Since the oil cooler in on top the truck how did you notice it leaking...

    I used the "Sneaky Pipe" version along with SCT tuning to remove the EGR valve function. The EGR up-pipe is welded shut in the small "T" that connects to the rear of the EGR cooler. The EGR valve is in place but the PCM tuning prevents the EGR valve from functioning and there's no CEL or code...

    Cheap F.Pr. Mod

    There is a test port on the upper fuel filter housing. You need a m12x1.5 adapter to fit the 1/8" NPT sensor for the fuel pressure gauge. Look at the picture #57 and #58, the brass looking plug to the lower left labeled Fuel Pressure Test port. Page 30: Fuel Supply System

    Braided Brake line Kit RUSSEL #696510

    I picked up this 5 piece brake line kit (2 front, 2 rear and 1 middle rear) for $105. Looks like a pretty well built kit! This kit is for a 6" lift but the test fit looks like it could go to an 8" lift.

    With 9 different Fords represented and 16 people showing up it was a great time. SD's ruled the lot with 5 trucks making the run to RIC. FYI if you want a good place to hang out Shula's 2 is a great place with good food priced right!
