    What cold crankin amps are you guys runnin? i just had to get new bats and couldn't find anything over 850 cca. I had Diehard golds that were 875cca went to get them again and the same thing now is only 850cca so i settled for Harris 850's

    melted VC harness.... again

    97 f-250 i replaced a melted harness under the drivers side vc over a year ago on a friends truck. now it did it again and melted the plug on the outside of the vc gasket too in less than 10,000 miles. any idea why it would be doin this im out of ideas? Thanks Neal

    back to the oil consumtion, with the original injectors there is a good chance your o-rings are goin bad, when the get really bad i've seen the oil pushed back into the fuel boil and mixed the fuel and burned. if it's o-ring, you will never see a leak. smell your exhaust to see if it smells like...

    actually i think they may have made an up grade i did one on a truck a year or so ago and the above pic looks like the old one and they new one was a lot heavier duty. but it still bolted right up. Im thinkin the International part number is 1831196c92

    oil consumption

    if it takes that long to loose it, it still may be the injector o-rings starting to go, just not enough at one time to notice whitish/blue smoke. When my o-rings on my 94.5 went it pushed oil into the fuel filter bowl, you could check that, if its mixing with diesel you wouldnt notice it much.
