    You didn't say if it will coast when the OD is taken off when NOT towing, does it??? If it does I would take it BACK to Atlantic Coast Converters and get them to FIX the OD. I wouldn't think a programer would FIX the problem you guys have. But, I may be wrong...

    A buddy of mine got a new one piece driveshaft built and did away with his carrier bearing. It was cheaper to have this done than to replace the carrier bearing. The shop that did the work used his old driveshaft ends so that cut down on the cost.
