    did u blow the egr coolr or oil cooler? If its the egr and egr cooler i replaced mine with the system from dfuser.com for like 400 bux or somethig like that..its similar to most of the others..i do know that you dont want to get the cheap block off kits they dont work right..if its the oil...

    i have no clue but it sounds like that is too much..i havent spent a lot of time up north but i have spent some time working up north in the winter and have never needed anything but if you drive in it alot then a few hundred pounds might be ok but again jst one southern boys opinion

    my guess would be its because they both use the same vacuum pump so it is robbing the a/c for awhile during the 4x4 use...somebody will prolly be along shortly to give ya a better answer

    well the turbo sounds like an egr but i might also check all the boots and make sure they are all tight...that would be my guess wish i could be more help

    dont get rid of the tuner get some studds haha i never had an issue stock but went ahead and put a lil insurance on there...didnt think that a supercchips would boost it that much who knew...

    I definitly would dothe egr delet and like they said get the whole kit..may cost a little more but its worth it...I know on mine I chose to go ahead and do the gaskets as well since i already was going to have a lot of things taken off anyways ...

    3-Gauge Install Pictures here is a link for a 7.3 i know yours is a 97 but i hope it helps...on my 05 it tapped into the intake elbow...havent worked on a truck older than a 99 but prolly pretty close to the same idea

    oh i dont know..sry didnt know you had a stock head unit...i dont believe they do, but i know you used to be able to get an adapter so that you could do it that way.

    i run good ol rotella...like he said just make sure to change for fresh (obvious i know but you'd be surprised) i like fresh oil sooner than extended service periods
