ok, I'll let him know. This is good info. Thanks for the help. I did forget to mention that it just started doing it though. He's had it for 5 yrs. Don't know if it'l change any info, but just thought I'd throw that out there.
My dad has a 2000 V-10 Ex with around 124K on the clock. He said that every 3000-3500 miles, it uses about a quart of oil. He says no smoke, or drips. I know it's not a diesel, but I was hopin you guys could help. Thanks
Do you have trailer light/brake hookups? If so, I've seen them get screwed up and cause problems. My friend's ranger did that and he had no turn signals and would stay on when the truck was off. Just had to replace wires.
does it sound like you have any leaks?? I would thin that with the tow setting, you should get a little more. FYI, you won't get actual power amounts out of your programmer without exhaust and intake. I'd be lookin at a good set of gauges if you plan on runnin a chip and any other performance...
ok thanks. How do you get an oasis report anyhow? Also, is there any other site that I can get a good detailed report for free? Yeah, I already replaced the CPS. Thaanks for checkin though. Really appreciate it!!
can someone give me one too? VIN is 1FTHF36FXVEC95035. Thanks in advance. How do you get an oasis report. I tried lookin for it but couldn't find anything.
yeah, I'm just not sure I wanna spend the money right now. Zookie, your truck does sound good. Thanks for all the help guys. I really appreciate all the info. It really helps me make a decision!!
ok, got it. I prefer using stainless. I think this is a whole lot better than payin $150 for some thing I can do in 30 mins. for $50! Thanks for the help. Now I just have to find time to do it!
ok, thanks. I've been seriously thinkin' about usin stock exhaust (for now) and just takin off cat and muffler. Also, did you then get a piece of straight steel tubing to go from the coupling at the elbow to the turbo?
Agreed 110% I always get out and lock 'em in before I get in the deep stuff if I think I'm gonna need 'em at all. Bush, I agree with you also, a little PM goes a long way. I know that some people have had zero problems with their auto hubs/SOTF 4X4. It all depends. I have a 97 F-150 with auto...
