    Sounds like TQ is slippin like was mentioned before. Oh, just my $.02, if you've got a pillar gauge, don't even look at your factory tranny gauge in the dash. Just pretend it's not even there. The Autometer is (should be) much more accurate. JMO

    Well said, I'd personally go with diesel, but may not be in everybody's budget. My dad has an Excursion V10 with 4.30s and get 13 mpg highway, so becareful when it comes to gas because with a load behind a gasser you won't pass a gas station.

    Yes, that's correct. You should be able to fit both in that line. Make sure you get everything sealed up GOOD cause ya don't want a boost leak.

    What is a rough weight of the load your gonna tow? That car can't be that heavy can it? If it's 8k or under , a 5.4l expy should handle it well, any more and I'd go with a pick up with a 5.4, 6.8V10 or a diesel.

    If you want to go with a aftermarket turbo, check into a Beans D66 Dominator. I know that TailGunner has this turbo on his truck and I think he said he's extremely happy with it in other posts about turbos. It's not a whole lot bigger than stock.
