Power Steering system flush,1 person?
One person would be a busy job. I added PS fluid while the wife moved the steering wheel back and forth and pushed the brake pedal. One person could add fluid, go move steering wheel and pump brakes few times, go add fluid, go move steering wheel and pump brakes few times, etc...- fgtex

Tooling for front end work
You will need a ball joint press tool. You can rent one for free from Oreillys or AutoZone (you pay for it and get your money back when you return it.) Or you can buy one. A reciprocating saw will be needed if the ball joints are seized in the piece where they connect to the axle tube. You...- fgtex

Alignment shop in Richardson, TX???
Thanks for the input guys. I took it by PDB&WA this morning, because it was the closest place to where I work. Hopefully these tires will last longer that the previous set.- fgtex

It depends on the dealer, some do it for free and some will charge you an hour of labor for it. If you are looking at buying a truck from a Ford dealer, I would think that they would do it for free, to help persuade you to buy the truck from them.- fgtex

An Oasis report is from a Ford Dealer. This is like the history of any dealer service that has been done to the truck. Dates, mileage, service performed, etc. Not always helpful, but you would be able to see if the person had all of the regularly scheduled maintenance done at the dealer on...- fgtex

D rated vs E rated Tires
It is time to get new tires. The tallest E rated tires that BFG makes for a 16" rim is 285/75. They sell 305s and 315s in a D rated tire. Do the E rated tires last any longer? I don't tow with this truck.- fgtex

Rear seat not folding down
I have the full bench seat in the rear of my '02 and the latch on the passenger side will not work anymore. No biggie. I don't use that side anyway. I will investigate farther some day...- fgtex

Backspacing is measured one way. Offset can be + or -. Backspacing is the distance between the mating surface of the wheel to the edge of the wheel. How to measure backspacing.- fgtex

My memory escapes me now. If the '04 has leaf springs, the 5" backspacing is too much. No more that 4.5" I believe. Smarter people with more sleep will correct me!- fgtex
