    the magnaflow system i had on my 03 was a one piece downpipe that I know of.. unless im not sure what you guys are talking about.. it had to be bolted to the rest of the system once it was in.. but it was pretty much like the stock downpipe but a lot bigger... maybe im confused though

    no all you have to do is run it to a toggle switch.. no ground.. the break in connection to the turbo is what makes this happen.... so you are simply just takin the little blue wire through a toggle switch before it goes to the turbo.. flip the switch and the connection is broke so the turbo no...

    oh and once you have tapped into that wire you just run the connection through a toggle switch so you can break the connection on command.. there isn't much to it.. it only works on my high SCT tune.. my brother as an edge and it won't work on his..

    you just tap into one of the wires (I did the blue one) going to the turbo.. it's a simple little plugin on the turbo.. when it is disconnected (only with high hp tunes) it causes the turbo vanes to open but doesn't allow the truck to build boost.. which equals lot of fuel and nothing to push it...

    my livewire will smoke a bit on the high settings and so did my edge (if i turned the low boost fuel injection up)... i also have a smoke switch for those who decide they like to ride my @$$... and for all those dodge guys who think it's all about smoke... other than that mine is rather efficient...

    No sir... I love mine.. I have the autometer Z series black face gauges and a close friend has the autometer phantom (I think that's it) white face gauges.. both of us bought the entire set up.. egt, boost, trans, and A pillar mount as a package and we both love them... The glowshift gauges...

    yeah i've always heard 1250 is save and anything over that for an extended period of time can hurt.... I have ran mine up to 1400 a couple times when i floor the go pedal.. I get out of it as soon as I see that... like previously stated... what's your egt's gettin up to? most of the 7.3L...

    I think you have to pop the black piece off the back of the mirror first... If I remember correctly... you'll see were you can get a screw driver in there or a knife.. I don't think it took much... it's kinda like the door panels... I think there are 3 little spots that hold it on.. you'll see...

    yeah I would say that's a great deal... specially since it's an older gentlemen (most likely took good care of it) and he has been the single owner.. I'd say that's pretty good.. if that's the truck you're looking for as far as year and options go...

    I would just go to the online calculator thingy.. plug in your tires and it'll tell you what you would actually be driving and what the speedo will say.. then you can just know that instead of going 70 according to the speedo you're going 67.. imo... or spend another 400 for a good programmer...
