6.0 mystery problem
fuel pressure regulator on the small fuel filter housing causing low fuel pressure.this will also cause injector failure.and you could pos. have a bad/weak fuel pump on the frame real.sounds like the dealership needs to do a fuel press. test with there diag.- DR.Diesel

6.0 running rough when cold.
your fuel injectors are sticking internaly.there is a reflash for this issue . when you shut your vehicle off the little bit of fuel that is in the tip of the injector boils off leaving a thin film of varnish/muck.when you start it up the injector dosnt operate till the intensifier piston can...- DR.Diesel

Question Turbo
The 7.3 turbo wont fit.more that likely the veins are stuck from rust .look over the internet for the for tsb for cleaning the turbo.if its stuck the leaning will save about 1700$.if this is the issue.- DR.Diesel

EGR Coolers 6.0L
Are you loosing coolant?if the egr cooler is leaking the oil cooler also needs to be replaced because that is whats killing the egr cooler.- DR.Diesel

Ruff idle on start up
there is a tsb from ford ,07-5-4, that adresses this issue with your vehicle.the spool valve in the injector is sticking causing a rough idle that goes away when hot.the code i couldnt find in my diag codes.- DR.Diesel

Question technical: HP oil rail
The dummy plug that is either a 1/2 or 12 mm has 2 o-rings on it that fail often on the rail.i replace them every time i do a injector repair.- DR.Diesel
