    Don't forget to go back to stock air filter also. Not all dealers are concerned about modified exhaust,but I would definately check it out first with the dealer that you end up choosing. I don't know your dealers down there,I'm 5 hrs. North,sorry. Good Luck.

    It may have something to do with Ford losing more money on warranty work, law suits and buybacks on the 6.0 than anything that has rolled off their line since Henry's Model A. Just a guess! :stir

    What ATK said... First step is diagnosing pressure or leak at the pump;more often the HPOP outlet fitting. Computer needs to see 500p.s.i. to activate injectors.

    HPOP is a good guess. Your buddy should be looking to the next nearest dealership and getting his money back for repairs that didn't fix his concern. Or, is he still under warranty?     Holy Smoke! 4 remanufactured turbos? Or did they just clean each time? Egr issue also? Mine did the same(got worse) and eventually they replaced with remanufacted turbo and new egr valve. An early T.S.B. tried to tell us that turbo "flutter" at deceleration was normal and not to worry about it...
