    I'll leave it to the experts, but those numbers sound way low to me... not sure if it is the chip you are using (not sure of the ratings) or the dyno operator... and you are right, every dyno run I've had they get it up to get the tq locked and then floor it until near failure from the load...

    Never have seen a drain handle as such on either my 02, 03, 0r 05 - all 6mm allen wrench that I recall.... and EASY to strip if not REAL careful... :eek:

    Something is sensing an out of range value "somewhere"... what code are you getting ? Did I miss that ? Don't know if you want to isolate it, but I would document the conditions when it comes on - mileage/load/speed/etc... so you have a baseline ... then if it is repeatable, pull the afe...

    stupid question...

    Some can and do "stack" tunes when they are looking for that last 1% of power, whatever.... Many have discovered that some do not play well with others... Up to you to do what you want to do, after all it IS your truck :) but I've never noticed a 1% gain on anything - so I've not pushed...

    Radio Shack or another electronic specialty store has all kinds of knobs... or maybe scuff it up a bit and spray paint it... won't have THAT much wear on it to wear it off.... Well, maybe given the way YOU drive - it will :)

    Shudder under hard acceleration\load

    Sorry to hear that - I thought my 03 with the rancho 9000 adjustables rode well, but my 05 Ex is EXCELLENT !!! Even where I used to run my 03 @ 45 to 50 lbs of air, I run these at 60 to 65 and it rides betta !!!

    I say the stock donaldson filter is best alternative while under warranty ! and beyond as far as I am concerned... my stock one lasted 40K miles on my 03... and clean as a whistle inside... Have heard of turbos being "dusted" by too porous filter media....

    Honestly, haven't found a one that doesn't irritate me.. When I go looking for say a bumper for my Ex and they don't have it.. tell me not found - don't show me the wheels for a chevy nova and try to cross sell me !!!!!!!! Can you tell that's a pet peeve of mine :) ? :)
