    Have heard issues with trannies when running the Edge... Only second hand from folks like DALPilot, etc... but my vote is for the XCal2... I've been more than pleased with the SCT XCal2... Vroom, Vroom in an 8K lb shoe box :)

    4" Down Pipe HELP

    Everyone I know of have used a 3.5" downpipe and then a 4" the rest of the way just because of clearance issues... (your turbo outlet is 3.5" as well....) Those that have done a 4" downpipe have had to "modify" the pinch weld on the passenger side to allow clearance when the engine torques...

    NO bad pic... Actually the westin had bolt holes for 5 lites... mounts really easily to outermost tow hook bolts.... www.westinautomotive.com/pages/westin%20ultimate%20bull%20bars-overview.html two on top and three on the bottom of the center horizontal bar... I put the two PIAA's on the top...

    lighting up front

    Here's part of a pic of what I did with the stock fogs (with 9007 bulbs in them) and PIAA's on my 03 Ex I traded in.... that's a Westin bull bar.... Six lites on if'n I had to - really helped on the long late interstate runs we took in that Ex... Dang that was a good looking truck !!! BooHoo :)

    Anything more free flowing than the HUGE stock boat anchor of a muffler will allow your 03's turbo to shine - er, ah, whine:) I tried the no muffler on my 03, but it was too loud, put a 3.5" to 4" turbo back and it was just right when I put the cat back on it... the new owners loved it...

    Take the Mods out NOW... Problems before modding are all the more reason NOT to mod.... You are adding extra stress to an already "Stressed" system... Many have had miles and miles of modded trucks work fine... let's say it this way.... if I had a bad cold and wanted to go run a marathon...

    The best, most consistent improvement in MPG is....... your right foot ! :) keep the rpms under 2000 and the accelerationa nd deceleration rate to the least you can stand and that's about it...
