    Less miles on the 05's :) :) :) actually, when the 05's came out I think they said something like 150 changes IIRC ????? and of course the 5 speed auto, the torqueshift versus the 4 speed auto....

    the hellwig is much stronger - torsionally - it's thicker and higher grade so like 150% stronger is what I THINK I recall... If you already have a rear bar, then go with the 30 mm, since all you need is the bar - the connections are there... if you have none, go with the Hellwig - all...

    Gee-OR-GEOUS !!!!!!!!!!!!! :) A guy that works for me in Jersey takes time of each winter to go CLIMB frozen waterfalls, etc.... He IS a crazy fool, but he does do good work when he makes it back alive..... He once saw a 20 foot chunk fall 3 foot to his right !!!

    Love the lcd's !!!! on my second one and love the tv input if'n I want to take a break :) Everyone has their own preferences, but a word of caution.. IMHO, bigger is not always better :) Can go TOO big for MY office space... and for the software work I do.... typically can't multi-task given...

    Maybe STILL need to hang it over the drivers side mirror and THEN snake it into the window and wrap it around the steering wheel ????? :) Something else that was easy to forget... We used to always hang a cord over our steering wheel of our motorhomes to remind us to wind down the roof TV...

    A mod friendly dealer - cool ! But another viewpoint might be that the dealer really DOESN'T care.... UNTIL something breaks, then, since they don't warranty the truck, they call in Ford and Ford says BAD, BAD, owner - voided warranty :) Now, can your exhaust really affect anything ? Probably...

    Yeppers, takes all kinds to make up a world, doesn't it ? Years ago a friend ran a AAMCO (spelling) transmission shop which had a greater reputation than most of them... a guy opened a shop right before his driveway in a busy blvd and put a big sign right on the street ARMCO transmission...

    Do the 7.3's ahve the same computer controlled stuff like the PCM's on the 6.0's ? And maybe there has not been a flash for the 7.3 whereas the newer 6.0 they're still learnin on :)

    Give them your original receipt - But still it's a rip-off on Superchips behalf to charge THAT much when you shouldn't even have to send it in.... You probably won't get much for it, so be ready to bite the resale bullet :)

    Customer Service is a dead art.... Items are now DESIGNED to fail so you have to buy another... We were just talking about that this morning while waiting in the Doctors office @ 11:00 for my 9:15 appointment !!!!:( Must be nice to have ALL that business so you can treat customers that way !!!

    AC Shore Power Plug For Block Heater

    It's a black three wire triangular "extension cord" type plug, with a black cord, with black zip ties in a DARK place :) Hard to find... on some years it's on the drivers side on others it's on the passenger side.... typically running vertically right along the edge of the radiator supports...

    PB, do you have an upgraded exhaust ? a good flow thru muffler will lower your egt's 200+ degrees and bet a full turbo back would lower it even more....

    The difference in the way YOUR Dad drives versus the way I drive may be more of a factor than the trucks we drive :) I NEVER keep it under 2000 rpms and never coast to a red light, etc.. etc... but I also never buy an 8K lb truck for fuel mileage either:) the little roller skates that we see...
