I talked to the dealership and the said it was a fleet option that you can get when the truck is purchased. It's not worth the hassle to have the ford dealership take the speed warning off. So thats what the radios for right?

I am the second owner of the pickup. I bought it three months ago and its beeped every time i've had it past 74. I,m going to have a dealership look in to it.

DINGING SOUND @74 MPH

I just bought an early 99 standard cab with 78,000 miles on it. It also dings when it goes over 74 mph. This pickup was an upgrade from my last gas gussling f-150.
