small clunking sound in front suspension

Your track bar may be loose... I had the same problem in my 03... tightened the track bar and no more annoying clunk... You might not be able to move the track bar by hand to duplicate the noise, so just put a wrench on it... I believe its a 21mm or 23mm... hope this helps...

    Shocks...ProComp ES9000

You probably want to get an add a leaf for the rear if you are looking for a stiffer ride... the shocks probably wont make a difference with that kind of weight... an AIRLIFT system would work well also

    lift kits?

Yea this is because the offset of the stock wheels sucks when you have wide tires... if you get some aftermarket wheels that are 8 or 9 inches wide with 4 or 4.5" backspacing you should be good with the 315s (equivalent to 35x12.50R16) before you buy new 37s try this out and see how you like...

Did the lift kit come off of a truck with either a diesel or a V10? Most lift kit companies use different front leaf springs in the kits for diesel/V10 and V8 trucks due to the weight of the engines...

Donahoe is a waste of money... I had a 6.5 inch procomp on my old 03...rode better than stock...(not exaggerating) and my buddy just put a donahoe 8 inch on his 04... he hates it... it rides like crap... it was 3800 bucks compared to the 900 I paid for the procomp... both prices WITHOUT...

    lift kits?

Leveing kit is the way to go if you only want a few inches... the kit will be about 600-700 bucks...and Pro Comp makes it... it'll only lift the front of the truck tho... the back will stay stock... 315s on a stock superduty?? holy crap... any tire rub?

    Oh boy.....I screwed myself!

if you can't get the TEE from whoever you got the gauges from... I know black cloud diesel performance sells them seperatly... I think they are like 20 or 30 bucks...
