The cel will come on when approx 20lbs or more boost is produced, and the cel will go out in a few minutes. It is a normal function when that amount of boost is produced, and the PCM will start defueling the motor. This is a normal function of the PCM, to protect the motor. A boost fooler is...

    Question starter

Sounds like the starter drive had gone south. I would avoid reman starters from Ford, and most auto parts stores. A good source for a new starter at a good price is dbelectrical.com, check out the high tork starter they offer. They have an excellent reputation. The high tork is a gear reduction...

    Anti Gel

Powerservice in the white bottle is good, and a bottle of Powerservice 911 in the red bottle for the extreme cold, or for gelling problems. The 911 can be a life saver. Stanadyne is excellent also.

    Rotella vs Delo (15w40)

I would jump all over that deal on Delo. A friend has run Delo exclusively in 3 02 7.3's, and one 6.0, and swears by it. He has never had any oil related concerns, including consumption. Total miles are around 1 million.

    Help Needed fuel problems

After the motor starts, I would let it idle until the air is out of the fuel system. It seems to expel the air best at base idle.

Engine died on road: Sorry Long

It may have thawed out inside at the shop, I would use a good dose of Powerservice, stanadyne etc., just to make sure. Check the fuel...
