    becareful theres a drain plug u have to pull out before removing an injector. its on the drivers side rear of the head. be sure to get that out. and just a simple pry bar or wrench will get em out.

    i hope this doesnt cause ford to lose the powerstroke, that would be very crappy! lets hope they can resolve this and keep the powerstroke that we all love. i will be sad if ford loses it.

    i have the bully dog, and love it! givin its in a dodge but i drove a ford with the bully dog and it was just as good! my fav feature is you can adjust the tuning while driving down the road! when i get my ford i will use the same bully dog im using now! thats the other good thing mine works...

    i had straight on my 04 and i never really heard it that much, mainly just when it hits 2500-2700 rpm, then i heard it a bit, but its not annoying like a dodge. i think ull like it!....still missing that truck terribly....

    Yeh i would say the 99. i have owned both a 97 and a 99, and the 99 had more power, got better fuel mileage. and yes u can upgrade the mirrors on it! so its a no brainer to me. and yes the E40D is not the best trans for towing either, they over heat alot easier than the 4R100. yeh and of course...

    well i hope your right. and i actually heard this from a guy who works for a gm dealership and thinks of course the powerstroke ( no matter which one) is crap. so i really shouldnt of listened. but just in case i had to throw it out and see. i personally LOVE the powerstroke, 7.3 or 6.0! the 6.0...

    We had to replace the pet cock, which is the fuel water seperator on the fuel filter. and another part with the fuel system, i dont remember its name. both 70 dollar parts, then a sensor went out right then. probly coincidence but who knows. the dealer told us that low sulphur has been hurting...

    keep in mind youve got an extremely heavy engine holdin ya down to street! any truck with that kind of weight up front will have problems. just my thoughts.

    theyre not standard but they have a convinence package option that gives em the power windows and lighted mirrors, and its not to pricy either. they started that in 05. but yeh i didnt think about the xlt headlights, i bet that will look good.
