    wow, 16?? man i wonder whats wrong with my freinds turck...i need to tell him about this. and i would tell your friend to reconcider takin that dpf out for a while. theres a company workin on a dpf delete, thats a hollowed out dpf. all sensors hook back up to it, and it tricks the computer.

    man sorry for the poor mileage. got a real good friend with a 350 dually, whos seein 6-7 towin, and about 10 unloaded...not very good.

    no way in hell he gets 27 mpg. i have an 05 cummins with an air intake and nice chip, with 35" tires i get almost 16 mpg highway. and thats down hill with wind assisstance.

    powerstrokes can be very tempermantal about starting in the cold. plug her up and see what happens then. ive heard change the oil your using for bad winters.

    Guess what, im in the process of looking i have found my next truck (i hope). Its a 2006 350 king ranch 4x4 dually. if i get it it will be saturday...ill post some pics if i get it.

    the last i heard the plug warms the glow plugs. i worked for a ford dealer for two years, and thats what the diesel techs said.

    ive got the mickey thompson baja claws. 44000 miles on them and still plenty of tread left! Never even thought of being stuck with these.
