    mine does this but only it heats up quick when the rpms are high,and when i shift to od the gauge drops quickly,i think it normal,going uphill the engine is workin harder so it heats up quick because of more fuel,going down is less fuel so it cools quicker,thats my opinion anyway,goodluck

    just wondering how a stock clutch will hold up with stage 1 injectors and a chip to go with it.or even just one of them,which is the better choice to get first?also what can i expct to pay?

    yea i know all about the synchro problem,mine are shot now,i have to shift like a turtle or it will grind,and i can hardly downshift .im not sure what the better route is, gett a rebuilt tranny , or have the syncros replaced.im pretty sure i can buy a rebuilt cheaper then having this one...

    i think its my alignment,because i have been playing around with the tie rods trying to get the wheels straight and the steering wheel straight,and while messin around i got it t so there isnt much of a shake anymore

    so is running around 2800 rpms in 4th gear safe,in my truck thats about 70,can i run like that for extended periods of time,and also there is no difference if i step on the throttle hafway,or if i just punch it,why is that,if i punch it ,feels the same as half throttle

    my truck has some kind of camber ball joints ,the ones you adjust or whatever.when im driving forward the front tires look fine,straight up and down,but when i back up somewhere and park it,the front tires look like there collapsing inward.why is that,any ideas

    nevermind i finally got it,its four the steering on my lift,it connects to the centerlink.i had to cut the bolt.the bolt and the steel sleeve inside the bushing rusted together,it sucked.i replaced the centerlink,idler arm bushings and the inner tie rods,and the front end of my truck will start...

    i got the bolt that attaches to the centerlink right out,but the one attaching to the frame wont budge,it spins in the bushings,feels loose,but will not come out,ive been tryin for hours and im fumed,help please

    it does help,say im cruisin in 4th gear around 2200 or 2300 and i let off the throttle,the brake comes on around 1800 i would say.it feels like i just downshifted to third,which really helps when around the city when the traffic in front of you starts to slow a bit my banks brake slows me down...

    make damn sure its got a good tranny in it,nothin worse then buyin a truck and finding out the tranny is bad,i fell for it,the guy told me i just had to learn when to shift it and it wouldnt grind,im young and gullable i guess,so i find out synchros are gone,it sucked. so check the drivetrain...
