    What side driver or pass, #1,3,5,7 or #2,4,6,8:dunno Either way you will need a 12mm for valve cover bolts and a 10mm for the nuts attaching things to the valve covers. Once valve cover is off, you need to take out the back check valve out of the oil rail it takes a large hex sorry don't know...

    Ya the 94 Powerstrokers are very difficult to get parts for or at least the CORRECT parts. I have had problems with everything from thermostats to glow plugs to tuners. At one point I just wanted to sell the truck because of the stupid parts people:rant

    Don't know about the nbs 7.3 but on the obs 3" is the largest down pipe available to my knowledge. I had to curl the pinch weld all the way to the body just to get the 3" to fit. And it is extremely close to everything:doh:

    My superduty is my first truck ever owning and I couldn't imagine if it wasn't a crew cab, very roomy. As a matter of fact the little lady and the little guy fight over the big backseat on those late nights at the race track they have even been known to curl up beside each other back there.
