    If you are still in the 3/36000 warranty that will cover new ones. I am getting mine replaced also. Powerwash car washes and garden hoses peel them off. Otherwise what Irish4X4 said.

    Long crank time to start

    Bgirls, do you have the long crank cycles after the engine is warmed up also. I bought my 03 back in October and I had to crank longer than normal to fire all the time. Then I put some cetane booster/injector cleaner in and within 1/4 of a tank,:notworthy .. now it starts within 1-2 seconds...

    Found this, dont know if it helps, go down to the bottom of page and click on the Super Duty link. If it has factory plug it might be located behind the sunglass holder on the back side. There is a clip that holds it there. I am not positive if it has one or not, Trackspeeder may be right...
