    I'd call Bean. My had an intermittant knock like that when the poppet screw was loose, but I had a rough idle too and loss of low end power. Since yours started this after the injector problem I'd say that is a good place to start. Maybe Bean has a loaner injector you could swap in and test.

    Have you ran it with the MAP sensor wiring connector unplugged yet? If the PCM does not see enough boost it will not increase fueling. Unplugged, the PCM will assume a programmed default MAP signal. Also make sure your MAP sensor is grey, not black.
