    Thanks, I think my battery is toast vibration of back roads, Deeply disharged a few times then just charged by the alt so it chaged it to quickly. I will let this alt get killed then get new batts and a alt. I will post back next month when i get that batts. THanks alot Robert

    How much load can the alt hold? The only after market load it has is a 600W Converter. The Batts were load tested but im thinking bs maby on the resalts. since the alt is just about toast again it seems like.

    Red6.0no it cant turn over because its in drive or your clutch is not pushed in.

    it goes 98 mph stock with my bully dog it goes 208kmh then hits the rpm limiter

    Another bad turbo

    The ford guy is right when they say u have to drive it like u stole it to keep the turbo happy. my turbo was acting up talked to them and drove it like that for a day and all problems went away.

    I got a 03 and have 75,000 KM no problems to date. I would not worry about it.

    If its got a mechanical injector pump its not a PSD its a IDI and it wont have a CPS
