Batteries?
I prefer AGM Active Gas Matt batteries like the optima's. Exide has some real nice ones! I usually change all my vehicles to those!- Djracer

99 powerstroke air conditioning problems
I'm new here but my 99 has the same problem and My neighborhood Ford Expert says it could be conections at the inline switch near the compressor! If its not cooling wiggle the connector and if the compressor kicks on that is your problem!- Djracer
