    I don't think so. I have a CA truck though that apparently has the California FPR which increases pressure... I added a bb (before I knew about the CA FPR thing) and have no weird idle. Never checked my pressure either. :dunno

    98.4127% of the time I am in Bill's extreme. Even towing my sandrail on a little 14' carson trailer (probably what, 4k max?), if I forget to turn it back to stock I have a real hard time keeping it under 1200 if trying to accelerate up any kind of incline at all. Level cruising at 60-65 runs me...

    The big thing holding me back right now is the intercooler. I have a 6.0 and gts kit ready to go in but I am not looking forward to it. The winch and bumper and grille guard need to come off, and those are not very light. Then while those are out they need some attention to the rust...

    Dana 50 TTB Pivot Bushing Installation?

    I have a set of energy suspension bushings for the pivot and springs/shackles. This is going to help a ton!! Thanks for all the info! My OEM bushings I know are totally shot, especially the spring and shackle bushings. It looks like the bolts are sitting right up against the bushing sleeves...

    Oh that's nothing... you should see mine. :o That's what I was thinking of, I remember that one when replacing my HPOP. I had to temporarily move that wire to remove the little timing cover to access the gear bolt on the HPOP.

    He was not the worst in stirring junk up at all, by far. Looking at a bunch of his last posts it doesn't look like anything was happening. He is full of good info and I believe smart enough not to say or do anything to get the boot anyways. Any word of him being removed from TDS is news to me...

    Sorry maybe I wasn't clear. :o I have no a/c compressor, so it is just a larger idler pulley there with a different sized bearing that I haven't found yet.

    All steel here too, I believe all my pulleys are original... the same bearing will work on all three idlers, this includes the tensioner pulley. Just need that torx bit. It's just as easy as the the others. :) I just need to find the right bearing for the pulley where the AC compressor should...

    I got mine here: http://www.vxb.com/page/bearings/PROD/17mm/6203-2RS10-1 $10 (including shipping), a couple days later, and like 30 minutes (for doing it the first time too) of work I had new bearings in my idlers. Super easy job! Got rid of all the chirps but one I still need to chase down...

    got the stealth back

    I'm running the three hole gasket on my SD pump too, and I have a small leak somewhere. I haven't noticed it before I did the SD HPOP so I figure it is that gasket, since I reused the used one that came with my used pump. :dunno I have a new one to put in but I wonder if the other gasket would...
