    Remove the pcm. There will be a tag with a 4 digit code. The chip only plugs into the pcm.

    SP Diesel

    The back pressure sensor dongle works great on my truck. I met them this weekend. The did some work at Advanced Diesel Technology (smokindiesel.com) on an International CXT. They were fine tuning their stage II box on it. Nice guys but I have no experience with their customer service.

    I've got no idea on the glow plug test. The buzz test checks the electrical side of the injector. No buzz, bad injector or wiring problem. You can also listen to the sound for a difference, as in one that is weak.

    I built my own. Brought the y-pipe up in the center of the bed. This way the smoke blows even out the stacks, not one then the other. I picked up all the parts at a NAPA truck store.

    New clutch

    You can remove the clutch assist spring under the dash to give you a little more pedal feel. A couple days should be enough break in time.

    I tried the crankcase evacuation system on my truck. Had to remove it because it started pushing oil out the crank seals. Returned it open air and have no problems.

    I don't think there was ever a claim to better performance. It was claimed to be smoother at idle and cruise speeds.
