    no i dont think i changed them after pump install, coulda just been trash that got into fuel system after engine install. running bdp fuel system, nothin in the valley anymore:sweet

    ok im kinda embarassed with such a simple fix. my fuel filters were dirty, they only had a few thousand miles on them, but i musta got a bad batch of fuel or somethin. thanks for all the help. luke

    hmm bout 3-4 days shipping probably. Takes aobut 5-10 min to burn chip and as long as you dont want a bunch of custom programs then its pretty qick.

    with stock injectors you'll max out at 225-235 rwhp no matter what until you get larger injectors. luke

    you could get a van turbo from beansdieselperformance.com. It wil lower egt's and is capable of supporting quite a bit more hp than stocker. i think it runs 800-900 bucks. luke

    Tony Wildman can set ya up with a good multi position chip www.totaldieselperformance.com Im assuming the banks kit came with gauges? If not you probably need pyro, trans temp and boost gauge. I cant help ya with the shimming, im not familiar with the 00 fuel systems. luke

    engine was out 4 months or so and im on my 2nd or 3rd set of fuel filters already. I dont think its a fuel delivery issue, but just to be sure im changing filters as soon as they come in. no, it would have white smoke, miss and possibly hydralocked if a tip were broke just drove it about...

    nope, not even a pm about it lmao! Well i think its odd that i was getting 16+mpg with only 1000-1500 miles on engine, now with almost 6k im getting 12-13mpg. I would think the rings would be much better seated. I guess i'll get the forklift and raise the truck up to check for any extra...
