    You don't need to go that way. I got a piece of black pipe from Menards, cut the right angle on it, drilled a hole at the right angle and had it welded in by someone.

    It is normal. When I installed mine to the tailpipe, I used it to tell me if the thing was suctioning it right. When I hooked it up to the exhaust, it looked a little cloudy and when I took it out, the exhaust cleared up.

    I have a BTS. I have no issues. I bought a BTS VB first and then the diode locked up. Well, VB in a trans with toasted fluid. What is it worth? Nothing to me but Brian gave me credit for it.

    My hardest part was to get the hoses on. Of course, unlike most people here, I had to make it difficult. I got some 3000 psi burst strength hose and those had to be cut with a wire wheel because of the braided steel in it.

    You sure about that? I thought I asked him and he said to flush the lines but the cooler was probably OK. I know that Ford makes you change the cooler or no warranty.

    You could go that route. Why not use the BTS VB which is the same thing as the Sonnax and much easier for intall?
