    Question about stacks

i guess it would depend on if you're gonna leave the muffler in or not. mine is pretty loud but i'm not running a muffler. i would suspect that it will only be slightly louder than stock if you leave the muffler on and run stacks instead of the stock tailpipe

    Dana 60 is in!!!

i'll let you know about the badges. everything went well except for not having holes for the sway bar brackets in the frame and not clearing out the bolt holes in the yolk before installing it. other than that there was some play in the inner tie rod from the pitman arm where it connects to...

    Lug Nuts

yes, just use the factory lug nuts that you used with the steel wheels. i got a set of factory aluminum wheels with lug nuts from a friend, compared the lug nuts to the ones i had for the steel wheels and they were the same.

Has Anyone Added a Second Alternator?

is that 1500 watts max or rms? i'm running a 1200 watt rms amp and 3 caps totaling 5 farads and my lights dim with the bass 1/2 way up and not at full volume. maybe my alternator is in a little worse shape than yours but i agree, it would be nice to have a second alt. but then i have the...

CAT extended life coolant and a proper change

IIRC i picked up the extended life coolant at the international dearler for $14 or $15 a gallon. when i flushed mine, i removed the drivers side block plug and the plug at the bottom of the radiator, drained the coolant, ran water from a hose into the overflow bottle untill it came out clear...
