    Does you truck run different.....

    I know mine sure does. Like this morning for example, it was really smooth and quite with low rumble running down the road. Then tomorrow it may be rough. Sometimes, a little stumble on at idle. Reminds me of Julie, actually. Maybe thats' why she and the truck get along so well.

    Torque Converter lockup

    I have the same proplem sometimes. When slowly accelerating it wants to lock up at 40 mph, thus taking the rpm's down to 1200, makes it a little sluggish. If I am really tiresd of it doing this I kick it out of overdrive using the button, and kick it back in when I reach my desired speed.

    Rolled over 180,000

    Just mentioning yesterday that I rolled over 180,000 on my truck yesterday on my way home from school. Doin pretty good I think. That makes 22,000 miles on it since I bought it in August of 05'. Still havent caught my dad with his 216,000 on his, working on it though.

    I have the Edge Evo, and run on the 80 horse setting most of the time, and love it. After istall in the parking lot, I lit em' up coming out of it, barely got on it and did that. I will have to say it will smoke when you put it on the 100 horse setting. At least my early 99' does. Over all...

    Amen to both of those things. the 460 had the power to roast my 36" tires, however it only got 6 mpg. That hurt the wallet every month when the gas bill came. And ya getting the aproval from the "she who counts" is most definetly a good thing to have, now I just need to be making some money...
