    Your grill shouldn't have to be cut out in any way. Take the four screws out at the top, and then there is two clips at the bottom and your grill will pop right off.

    Wow dennis, I wouldn't think that you would have that much oil in the intercooler. I have had mine soaked before but not too where it drips. Try the CCV mod.

    It's a shame, but I could see it coming. Jr. wanted to own and run DEI, and I personally feel that he should have been able too. The company wasn't set up for Teresa to run, it was set up for Jr. to run it. It will be interesting to see what happens next season.

    My guess is it has something to do with ICP pressures. May be spiking up and down for some reason. Maybe hook up a scanner and see what you got for some of your values.

    He didn't install his wastegate, it came with one installed from the factory. Make sure you can slide the wastegate actuator tube back and forth. Check the orange boots on the intake plenum. Not just the blue intercooler boots.

    Check where you tapped your ground and power source to you gauges. Sounds like you are giving your power to the locks through way of your gauges.

    I would say that you have a boost leak somewhere. Check all the boots on the intercooler. All the boots on the intake plenum. Check for soot on the up-pipes. Make sure that your wastegate isn't sticking open. You should see up to 24-26psi.

    You should be seeing higher than that. There are a couple of things to check. Make sure you don't have any kinks in the boost tubing, this will cause the boost to rise slowly and you may not be able to see it reach full boost before you get there. The other thing is you have a boost leak...

    Rear Main Seal

    Pull the transmission. The seal contains a wear sleeve. This will require a special tool from Ford or International. This is required to install the sleeve and seal at the same time. Other than that it's not too bad.
