    X2 on the #30 fuse. Also if blown and blows after replacing, then try unplugging the fuel bowl heater for now.

    You may also have a vacuum leak to your hubs. Are they switch on the fly? If so your hoses may be cracked and almost letting you hubs engage. If so you may want to try this. I have these on mine, when mine started doing the same type thing, someone suggested that I should try these. BY GOLLY...

    Starting with o-rings is a start. Is the thing hard to start? i.e. When you first go out of the morning and crank it does the oil pressure hand more or does it fire up and then die and take some time to crank it back to start? You could have a worn injector or 3 or 4 that is bleeding down...

    I thinks it's the PCM fuse AND the fuel bowl heater fuse. Unplug the heater bowl and check it out to see if the little wire is loose, if so do a search for 7.3l INTERNATIONAL fuel bowl heater to replace it. Worlds of difference in size and performance....

    Strokepower, what you have to do is mount the accuator close to the rod that goes to the lock rod (you would push down to lock manually) and it has (I think) 2 clasp that attaches to the rod. Then you cut the existing wires going to your lock and hook up to the 2 wires to the accuator and check...
