Can someone help me locate the PCM (Powertrain Control Module)? 275 gallon tote tanks....

Radiator Bib
My F350 runs on vegetable oil so I need it to heat up more quickly. I always carry a light or no load. Tires dangerous for F350?
Inside the driver's door on my 97 F350 it calls for 10 ply LT235/85R16E tires on front and back with a load rating of D or E. The previous owner put four 6 ply LT265/75R16 Goodyear Tracker Radial with a C load rating. They have 2/3 of their tread left. Obviously my current tires are too light...- BigRedWeather

Clunking at 10 MPH
My 1997 F350 PSD 4X4 4 door 147,000 miles has run well since I got it (for 10,000 miles.) This weekend all of a sudden I hear a clunking in the area of the left front tire when the truck under no load.
