    New here and need some info. Picked up Used lifted 99 dually

    Turbo upgrade Check the build date (driver door) if you have an "early" 99' you will need to take the engine out to do the swap. It is easier that way. You will have to change the Y pipe, inlets on the block, pedestel, down pipe and some other changes.
