Thanks, but it is truly overheating puking coolant. Does that sender control the fan ? I think that is the prob cuz I never hear the fan kick on.

    Overheating?

When I go slowly up a twisty hill my truck overheats almost instantly. The fan clutch feels ok but I am thinking and elec problem with it.. Any ideas ? Rad fins look clear. I replaced the t-stat in Dec but no probs on a 1k mile trip to CA and back.

well that wasnt it. It has continued with intermitent no starts. I would wiggle the GP harness and most the time it would start. I ripped apart the GP harness and found a bunch chafing and all the wire were "almost" melted together, kinda like 4 flat trailer wiring almost fused together.

installed 08 rearend into my 01, info??

driveshafts are fickle things... Is your truck lifted or stock ? I would assume stock. The angle of the u joints need to be in alignment. you also need to make sure the shafts are "timed" http://m37.wawii.com/images/DSC04555_FinalDriveShaftAngle.jpg...

I cracked the fuel bowl and turned it over, it puts out fuel. I would have to get it towed to do the air test. What I dont understand is how this happened overnight.
