    Got stuck today

Two words--- Air Lockers---- keep em off on the road, turn em on in the mud, less wear and tear on the axles. ARB is my choice of lockers, don't know much the electric lockers.

Question What did you do to your truck today?

Saturday I had a rear pad fall apart and dig into the caliper and rotor. I found all the parts today, stripped everything down out in the 23 degree Wisconsin bliss and reassembled it by myself, AND it rolls down the road and stops.

    Antifreeze leak

I'm wondering if anyone has run into a problem with leaking coolant only when the truck is shut down and it's cold out. The truck sits all night and it has to be below 40 degrees( which isn't a problem right now ). I know it's coming from the back of the engine and it won't leak if I plug the...

    Question Fuel filter help

I've been told that fuel and oil filters are not the place to try to save money. I noticed that a Fram oil filter that I bought once, did not fit real nice. I'll keep buying them from Ford.

    Question Intake Elbow?

I agree, If you run without gauges you are rolling the dice, get gauges or a tuner that runs display settings- then you don't lock yourself into set gauges and can vary your display

Thinks to look for in a lift kit

Hi ND superduty, I have had quite a few lifts from a custom made 2 foot to a bottom of the barrel hockey pucks. No need to blow the whole wad on a very expensive lift. Question 1) 4 link rides better in a different way but for a "street queen" radius arms are more than enough. 2) Do a combo of...

    Question Replacing my locking hubs(help)

All you need is the manual locking hubs. As I have done this conversion and had no problems thus far I feel solid on my advise. //// Things to remember.. you will need to lock your hubs manually before engaging the switch, the vacuum lines to the hubs need to be plugged a bolt with 100% silicone...

    battery light on

My experience tells me that light on points to altenator. I got stranded up in northern WI when mine went. Didn't pay attention to the batt light. Not like the old diesels, the new ones need constant juice.... Lesson learned!

    Help Needed Transfer Case Problems

When I take off from a stop I get a repetative clicking that is affected by speed. increasing and taking my foot off the pedal while moving makes a clunking noise and putting it in park results in a clunk, not alot of whining while driving just a little.

    Help Needed Transfer Case Problems

I'm wondering if anyone has had a problem with their trans case. I think my chain is going and I'm wondering if anyone knows of a rebuild kit that is do-it- yourself to save money and maybe up-grade the case for more durability? Any help would be appreciated.:dunno :dizzy
