where to buy engine block heater cord?

I had one of our sparkies at work make me up a cord. I siliconed it and sealed it with electrical tape and have it running out of the grill instead of leaning over and trying to plug in that short ass cord from the dealer. Worked great, easier to work with. ;tu :D

Hey Bear, It's a good feeling to look in the rearview at your little girl and Know that you will some day threaten to run over her boyfriend with that truck if he does here wrong, and that it's a nice , safe place for her to travel in.

    I prefer to smoke

I will have to disagree with the advise Zookie gives, don't put plastic bags over your intake. THAT IS BAD!!!!!!!!

    I prefer to smoke

Although I agree with the majority of the posts that smoke is wasted HP, it is nice every once and a while to "slap" a dodge with that common "cool" duals or a chevy owner that thinks his truck is the only thing worthy to be on the road. The secert is controlling the use of the smaller pedal and...

    Rip 04 f350

John, half the fun of a truck is putting your hardwork and sacrifice into something that takes care of you. That truck has TAKEN CARE OF YOU, buy it from the insurance and change her the way you want her to be / if you can afford to/. You can work her back from the ground up by changing things...

    Tire Thoughts

I have a buddy that has the Nitto Dura Grapplers, He had to buy a better stereo because of tire noise. A nice all around mud tire is the Toyo Open Country. They aren't noisy and they clean out pretty well in the mud.;tu

A new Gremlin showed up today.

Bama, I had a similar problem, I had a bad wire in my main loom going into the firewall. The dealer didn't know anything about it, It took me poking around my loom with a prybar to bring the problem to the dealers attention.

    Pistol brand recommendations?

If you don't want to empty the clip , I suggest the Glock .45. One shot anywhere in him and He will have other things on his mind than taking your stuff!!:sly:sly:dizzy

    Hog hunting

There isn't anything better than setting up three or four hundred yards out with a .223 and watching those stupid animals as their buddy gets a round in the head and falls over and they all stand there looking at him as one by one they pile up. That way the meat stays good, but you got to watch...

    Climate control upgrade

I can verify Frankensteins advise, the conversion is dare I say nearly impossible. My buddy who owns a newer Ford was looking at this and we determend that it was not an option. Hell you don't want that, that's the kind of crap they put in chevys to make them seem cool.

Help Needed cant drive t new 6" lift and 37x12.5x17's .....

Do you know how to trim metal with a power tool. I would suggest a small air grinder or a 4-1/2 side grinder. If those are not on hand you might need professional help or a sawzall. Just take the corner off the bumper and trim it with a corner guard. If that's not a option they do make a bracket...

New Canadian F 350 Ford owner today

Welcome Dave, your choice is one of pride and the ability to demonstrate your hardy stubborn side to drive a truck that so many complain about. Personally I think most of the rumors are started out of envy by people that wish they were strong enough to drive the best trucks made and by guys that...

    adding Reverse Sensors

I think that a certain degree of driving skill is required although it's suppose to be " idiot proof ". I see a warning label coming! BACK-UP SENSORS ARE ONLY A SUGGESTION, PLEASE USE MIRRORS AS NESSESARY!!!!
