    If the fuel bowl is full, then the fuel pump is working and not the problem.

    Buy a lifetime CPS from O'Reilly and install it. Keep the ebay CPS as your back up to get you to O'Reilly's and you'll never buy another CPS again.;)

    Have you checked the batteries? It may be the battery itself bubbling. If you have a bad one then charging it wont cut it. Replace it, AND the other battery at the same time. The old battery will drag down and wear out the new one if you don't. Try jump starting the truck.

    Go somewhere that has a real code reader. If you set an SES there are codes present. Not all code readers will work with our trucks.

    Try tightening the 4 torx screws. If that doesn't work it's time for o-rings.

    Installed CCV kit......

    Its still there even tied into the exhaust, just not as bad as it was before. ********This should be done after the mufler on a stock exhaust.
