    I'm with the theory that the chip is not stock in the position you think it's stock. Remove the chip and see if it happens.

    By looking at your avatar I'll assume you have an OBS and I will have to say they wont fit. For one the bolt pattern is different. In 1999 Ford went to a metric pattern of 8x170mm. Then in 05 Ford changed the suspension on the superduty which changed the backspacing on the wheels. The wheels...

    clarify please. Your running down the road then give it 75% throttle and it smokes? What speed are you running? Does it downshift when you do this or does it lug the motor? Are you trying to tell me that since your not giving me boost numbers that your running a chip and no gauges?:cop
