hello everyone this is haystack and a newbee on the forum. have a 99 7.3 dully and need some help on a starting problem. want crank when temp get 40 and below. replaced 3 injectors, new glow plugs, new relay switch, batters are good,good oil pressure, just about at my end. any suggestions.
