    HELP MOONROOF DRAINS

You might get up on a stool or small step ladder, and blow out each corner drain with a air nozzle. Look for the other drain hole while above the moonroof.

    Fuel pressure decrease wot

40 psi at WOT sounds about right. These engines do not make more pressure at higher RPMs. Faster fuel flows = more resistance and less pressure. By the way, :welcome Artpro!

    starting issues....

John, batteries cause more problems, in diesels, than any other item. If in doubt, get your batteries LOAD TESTED at a good auto parts store.

    Question Question

Diesel engines do NOT produce vacuum, like a gasoline engine. There must be a vacuum pump to get vacuum. The only thing vacuum does on these trucks is assist the brakes and operate the heater/ A.C. doors to direct the airflow. You can get a vacuum gauge at Autometer.com or any other gauge...

    Fuel pressure decrease wot

Not really. You have maximum flow at WOT and that will cause the pressure to drop. Fuel pressure may come up a bit as RPMs increase.

Yes the FICM will die in these trucks. I had mine go out at about 88,000 miles. You can have it rebuilt or get a new one form Ford for about $300. I had to get a new one but if you have the time get it rebuilt. http://ficmrepair.com/

    Help Needed Warn Hubs

What ever you can do to make it work is how "Jeepers" do it. I did a lot of that in my earlier days. It doesn't have to be pretty but it does have to work! :)

    Start but dies

Get it scanned by a good mechanic - rule #1. This will tell you what the computer thinks is wrong and you can go from there. If you plan of buying a scanner get one that can read CAN or it won't see anything. It is OBDII including CAN.
