What you have is a fuel heater. It uses hot water to warm the fuel. When cold it will not do much to warm the fuel, but it will after a few minutes. THIS IS NOT A FORD PART!

You need to replace the hoses. They are shot. It should not take that much pressure from the clamp to seal the hose to the fitting.

Watch your houses meter and see if it starts to spin faster. If it does, then it is working. Now it will not make the meter spin like a pinwheel or a roulette wheel...

The description states that they are Motorcraft ZD-11 Glow Plugs. If they are not then you have a case of fraud you could persue.

OK, this is not getting you anywhere, nor me. You have to get the truck scanned, using a GOOD SCANNER like Autoenginuity and see what that tells you. If you don't have a scanner take it to a good garage and have them scan it. Is your 'check engine' light on? You will throw way to much $$$...

What sensors are you referring to; "back pressure sensor"? Never heard of this. 150 psi is way too much boost pressure. You will lift the heads off the engine.

Something is funny here. You are getting 50 to 70 psi of boost, but getting only 36psi at (on) the intake? How the Fu&% are you measuring this? Have you looked carefully at the boots to see if they ARE leaking? How many miles are on your truck?

It is toast. Boiling tranny fluid is never a good thing. It may run for a few miles if all you change is the clutches, but you have a lot of burned junk floating around the tranny that will cause very big valve problems. Get a rebuilt tranny and be done with it.

You do know that adding a tuner will void your powertrain warranty. These engines know if you add anything like a tuner, and retain this information for Ford to see. Please be carefull!
