    Doing Some Baseline Maintenance

Yes it will. I use it year round and my climate is not too far from your temps. ;tu Dave

    Brakes seem weak

Your brakes are powered by the power steering pump, or hydroboost, and of course the power steering. I would look at the steering pump. Dave

    Doing Some Baseline Maintenance

Yes there is a slight difference, with the 5W 40 offering a bit more protection in the summer. 40 weight oil is thicker than 30 weight oil. Look at www.bobistheoilguy.com for more on all of this. Dave

    Doing Some Baseline Maintenance

Sorry, 15W 40 was causing the surging, so I switched to 5W 40 and no more surging. Dave

    Doing Some Baseline Maintenance

I switched to 5W 40 six months after I got my truck. It started to surge on a repeated cycle and I tryed the lighter oil and it cured the problem. Many others have switched to 5W 40. ;tu Dave

    What type of fuse

That is the first fuse like that that I have seen. You can see it has blown the fuse link, so it will not read anything on an Ohm Meter. Sorry I don't know more. Dave

    Air Ride Pin-Box

Lets see if I understand this. You bolt this up to your trailer hitch and it replaces the pin hitch with one that is shown in their photo here: http://store.lci1.com/air-ride-pin-box-trailair ? Dave

    Once again

There is a test you can do to determine if the FICM is going bad. You can google FICM Voltage test to see how to do this test. Not hard. You must have at least 45 volts for a good FICM. Dave

    Sag

What you are seeing is the overload springs just starting to take up the load, and that i why you see them just touching the brackets (what you call stops). Your truck will have a lot more travel in the suspension before it bottoms out. You are good to go! Dave

What kind of shaking? Engine or steering shakes? We do not play guessing games here. Dave

Towing on the trailer is much easier on the F-150 and the Motorhome. This makes your life easy. Dave

Need advice on GPS vehicle tracking solutions

There are very few, if any fleet truckers here on SDD. This site is for Ford Super Duty Diesel trucks. You might look at other diesel sites like the Diesel Garage http://www.thedieselgarage.com. Dave
