Question poor fuel economy lately

my 06 f250 6.0 started gitting worse fuel mileage dont know why it was gitting 17-18 now about 12-15 can you help .

Question please help if you can

06 f250 6.0 cold start, starts and dies two or there times and then runs really rough i replaced the glow pluged regulator no help:dunno
