Running issues after straight piping.

Adding a Shackle/Hanger kit to a 5.5" lift
I have a Fab-tech 5.5" lift kit on my truck. I want to go a little bigger, for looks as well as to clear 37 or 38" tires. I would love to purchase an 8" DR but I just don't have the funds at this point. Could I simply install a 2-3" shackle and hanger kit to achieve the desired height? Any...- LiftedBlackHD
