06 tight steering spots
Has anyone had any problems with the steering getting tight? This is on my 06 cc 4x4. is seems to happen more when i am stopping and turning, like making a Y turn or backing out of a parking space. the ball joints are good, along with the ujoints. i am not sure if it is in the gear box or the...- hotrodhauler

head studs installation
i have a 2006 and want to put arp head studs in. can you get the studs installed without taking the engine out or lifting the body off? i heard the trick of using rubber band to hold the bolts up while putting the head on, i was thinking this my work on the studs as well. any thoughts or...- hotrodhauler

Help Needed 2006 6.0 start and die and no throtle
the temp has been below 0 for two days. the truck started and warmed up and then i got on the freeway and got off the next exit and then i had no throtle and it was chuging. i let it idle and it smoothed out and then i drove slow to a parking lot and was ok if i stayed off the boost. a friend...- hotrodhauler

2006 psd steering wheel shaking
I have a 2006 crew cab long box 4x4. i have hardly any mile on the truck and around 50 to 55 the steering wheel gets a shake or shimmy on the littlest bumps. i put on a new rancho rs5000 steering shock and that helped but it did not cure it completly.
