new roof lights

just got a f350 04 6speed what the heck is missing here
i took the lower part of the dash off just too look around i got the truck last week and i am just trying to fig out what the heck was here the pic sucks if u need i can get a better one but there is electrical tape over the few extra wires i guess he spliced in and when he sold the truck insted...- catcher128

just got a f350 04 6speed towing help
I just got a 04 f350 6speed does any one know if it comes factory with a brake controler for the trailer it has the hitch and the plug for it should a light come on the dash when its pluged in to let you know its working i am new to all of this and need little help- catcher128
