No block heater....
I just bought my 05, and couldn't find the cord for the heater. I called the local dealership up and gave them my VIN and he said my truck wasn't manufactured with one. So my question is, how hard is it to install yourself, and how much roughly would it cost to buy one.? I haven't called back...- KYmxracer52

I just bought my first diesel. Its a 2005 6.0 CC. It has a 5" MBRP turbo-back exhaust (no cat). I want to get a programmer for it, but can't decide which route to take.
