Hi, I need to know if anyone has any experience with Ford dealerships in northern NJ. Who has the best diesel mechanic?

high idle

I have a 2007 F350 4x4 with an auto trans. How do I set up one of my upfitter switches to raise the idle of the truck. I've looked at previous posts and I see guys mentioning a pto high idle and a battery charge high idle. What's the difference?
