    I have always run Delo 400 and my truck seems to like it. There may be something to the oil differences in the 7.3 because of the foaming but from a wear stand point changing the oil regularly is a lot more important than what oil you use.

    If only part of the tiles are loose and it is tiles from a specific company I would be concerned that there is something preventing adhesion such as oil on the back. I would clean them very well before resetting and check the the others closely so you are not doing them in 6 months.

    Well at least it will only cost him time and gaskets. We reused a cam once and kept the lifters in order and it still went flat in less than a month. You can get away with mixing the other part the. I have not done it but one of the engines we rebuilt had mix and match con rods.

    CPS Recall

    I just got a recall letter from Ford for the CPS. Said they will replace it or reimburse you if you have already had it replaced. I replaced mine at 90k even though it was still working and keep the old one under the back seat for backup. I am hoping I can get a new one out of them for free.

    Or just replace them they are cheap. Also, pull the hub off and make sure nothing is binding. Where they hard to lock when you engaged them manually? Make sure the seals on the hubs look good also.
